The first stage starts with a thorough discussion with the client to have a fair understanding of their requirements and desires. During this stage we understand the client’s personal style, their likes-dislikes followed by visiting the site for learning about the existing situation of the site. This gives a clear idea of the condition of the space, the structural design which further gives a clear vision to feel the space and work upon it.

Understanding from the brief we come up with the concept design, in which we illustrate furniture layouts and the structural changes if required. Followed by the mood boards and the style boards for the visualization of the space. This stage helps in gathering feedback and insights from the client’s perspective. The clarity of concept is essential for both the clients and our designers as it acts as the foundation for the final design that is to be built.

After the approvals, we proceed to the designing and development phase. To get our clients familiar with the design and have a better visualization, we prepare 3D renders that give a clear picture of what is getting built and to point out any changes if required. All the detail and technical drawings are prepared with construction details for the furniture and art installations and are sent to the site for the development. All the final materials and the finishes get completed with a focus on soft furnishings.

After all the site work is completed, our specialized team goes to the site for discussion on design accessories to complement the soft furnishings and further styling if required.
